It is terrible that such faulty recordings did occur, but I do not think that one can and should make comparison with previous cases, because here there were no fraudulant statments made and while it resulted in higher sales numbers, the all important earnings were not touched. I think you can realy call this more an error or a questionable interpretation of existing rules. After all what happened was that a fee levied to the drug stores was included in the sales number. And you could also see that the effect on the share price wont amount to too much. Fred
