Yah , here's a back-up thread over on IHUB as needed if much of SI ends up consolidating and posting over there :
investorshub.com

oh here's barron's trying to grind down on CCMP, while also pumping a "YHOO short" into earnings:

CCMP Cabot Micro gets negative mention in Barron's (42.10)
The Technology Trader column in Barron's mentions the short-seller's case against Cabot: says that company's high margins in the slurry business is attracting competition, and that while chipmakers are not replacing CCMP on existing production processes, they are looking at the competition for new processes.

Jonathan Cohen turns bullish on some Internet stocks
Barron's discusses the views of former Merrill Lynch analyst Jonathan Cohen, who was a bear on internet stocks and lost his job to Henry Blodget; Cohen now runs a hedge fund and likes these internet stocks: United Online (UNTD 10.83), LendingTree (TREE 12.62), Register.com (RCOM 7.10), CyberSource (CYBS 2.02), FairMarket (FAIM 1.26);

but he also recommends shorting Yahoo (YHOO 13.62).

yep , like to just catch a few nice ones this earnings , my god YHOO was such a short last time , your AMZN short recently was a beauty.

09:07 ET EXTR Extreme Networks started with Sell at Fulcrum; $7.50 target (10.01)
Fulcrum initiates coverage with a SELL rating and $7.50 price objective. Believes's Extreme's ability to capture market share is slowing due to increased competition; firm's most recent channel checks show continued pricing pressure in all segments of the enterprise networking environment. Fulcrum does not believe EXTR will be able to achieve its stated operating objectives in the current environment... Stock trading at $9.88 in pre-market.
