I don't expect you to beat T-Bills to be honest: <<<<Beazer Homes USA, Inc. designs, constructs, markets and sells single family homes in AZ, CA, FL, GA, MD, NV, NJ, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX and VA. For the six months ended 3/31/02, revenues rose 34% to $993 million. Net income increased 49% to $47.3 million. Revenues reflect growth in home and land sales and increased mortgage origination sales.
