can someone please explain this MRK stuff to me.

If I have a $20 copay on a prescription that costs $100, I pay $20 and my insurance company pays $80. That's $100 in revenue.

From the MRK news, I assume that the insurance company pays MRK (or MEDCO) $100, and MRK also recognizes my $20 in revenue. Is this correct?

I would think MRK should be reporting $80 from the insurance company and $20 from me, for $100 total.

Am I doing something wrong?
