Michael, I am getting bad data lag this morning since the open, rendering Q Charts unusable for day trading. I have tested all connections and they are good. It's definitely the Q Charts servers. Please pass this on to the server people. Any suggestions? Ron

Michael - status of options prob? Hi Michael, Thanks for responding so quickly to my problem report from Monday morning (incomplete options montage for QQQ). Have you been able to obtain any kind of time estimate for getting this resolved? As to the feature suggestion I made (making certain options info available as a column within the quote sheet), not only may it have some merit in its own right but more importantly to me - it would enable a very nice workaround for this problem I'm having with incomplete options montage for QQQ. A timeframe commitment for either of these (fixing the options montage prob or implementing the suggested feature) would make me a very satisfied QCharts customer. Thanks for your help.

Mike, This happend today ...... Wanted to enter a ES order so I hit the Flash Quote in my BEST trading platform to make sure I am seeing the right price in QCharts.......and it's NO WHERE NEAR what the chart sez...... then I ask tony who is reading from IB to read out prices and his read the same as my flash quotes.....QCharts is screwed up...DELAYED BIG TIME..... then I switch servers and 6 mins worth of candles now suddenly appear..... WHEN IS THIS CRAP GONA STOP ??????? Hal
