LVLT conversion @ 3.45.

Premarket price now > $5. The convert holders can now short the
stock without risk since they have the convert to cover them if
the stock should continue to go up.
$500M in notes, if short 100M shares @ 5 they get all their
principal back. Get monthly payments of the 9% interest rate with
no money invested. Great deal for the convert holders.
