Well I respectfully disagree. Even with a poison pill provision some one could get all of SBLU by offering a 20% - 30% premium on the current price and they would still be under $5/share.

Potts is through. Now I am not saying someone will do this. In fact why should anyone?

MP3 players are a commodity. Everyone has one. Now they will have to conform to the new software that Sony and all the others will be using to prevent downloads from changing hands.

Their other product is a me-too. Philips has one, Sony is coming out with one JVC has one Mastsushita has a number of them under different names the biggest being Panasonic.

Value? UMC and then only when the semi market comes back.
