Click first pic then "next" on pop up. They are telling us things are getting better but not a new bull market but good in places and after all, this is from Europe - perhaps a signal the $ will continue lower.

In past times those wide low necklines brought about popularity of larger necklaces pointing toward cleavage.
This might be that which drives the boom in gold demand.
