PayPal vs. Authorize.Net.

Observations:

Authorize.Net is marketed exclusively to small businesses. Paypal is marketed more towards individuals.

Authorize.Net is distributed through re-sellers catering to the financial services community. I don't think PayPal connects with their customers in this way.

Authorize.Net is private label. PayPal is not.

PayPal doesn't have airpay, nor, I think, does it have industrial grade fraud screening technology.
