Haven't really followed those 2. I recall that Paul S. was a TLAB fan/trader in the past. I bet he could give you a good opinion on it. Maybe CEIN too.

CIEN and TLAB aren't too bad, trading near book value. TLAB's probably the better bet at 10 times free cash flow. TLAB's cash to debt picture is nice, and CIEN's isn't bad either.

The sector's a complete mess, though. Expecting a turnaround anytime soon?
