It could indicate a bottom in telco and networking sector.

A sector with many facets.

BTW, I think the CORV Dorsal merger adds quite an interesting dynamic on the company. Verry verry few companies in the world can offer complete endpoint-endpoint networks, and submarine ones at that.

if i heard the story correctly, he didn't invest by buying stock but by offering debt. is that correct?
