Manipulation of the media, tho' is another "ace" up the administration's sleeve. It should be a felony to have any covert government influence on the media. Also, concentration of media ownership should be fully disclosed, as a warning label on all media being aired just like "cancer warning" on cigarettes. McCain's push for airtime for political debate is an improvement, rather than the controlled scripted nonsense currently going on.
