Those folks just regrouped, and most are Republicans. DavesM provides this about terrorist activity in the US. FALN--the Spanish initials for the Armed Forces of National Liberation. Eight were convicted of seditious conspiracy, weapons charges, and counts in connection with an armed robbery in 1980, and plotting another. Three others were convicted of a 1983 plot to bomb two military installations. One, was convicted of planning a robbery in Connecticut in 1983. I believe the government claimed, that the robberies were to fund terrorist activity. The FALN is thought to be responsible for over a hundred bombings in the U.S. between 1970-1983 with 6 deaths.< /i> What about Desert Storm, Saddam Hussein. Oh, yeah, Bush Sr. took care of Saddam.
