If they were smart, they would pick it up for a song, and either make it work or part it out like an old car.

"There are many properties in the $50 million to $300 million revenue range with
leadership defense products that are number one or number two in their niche
markets. Typically these companies are either undermanaged or underfunded for
growth, or in a niche area that has good growth but is fragmented into many small
companies," he said.

"Our strategy has been to pay reasonable rates for them ... fix them up, put in
strong financial controls and have them become accretive within the year with
solid organic growth and good cash flow," he said.
