Harvey Pitt and GWB, just like their predescessors, protect them what brought them to the dance. Most Ma & Pa investors are not naive enough to believe that the whole shebang ain't rigged against them. They're just at a loss to find another investment option that's safer and outpaces COLA increases and inflation.
