You can live by any set of moral rules, as long as they conform to the Rights defined in our constitution. They can be the rules of the Christian God, or of any other God, or of no god at all. When you rebuke those lines from the Pledge of Allegiance, you aren't attacking religion, but the basis of our very country. Think of our country as under anything you want, just as long as you keep in mind the words of importance: "One Nation... Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for All".

--- Finally, we agree, the words Under God, were added by an act of Government, are not important, don't add anything, and DO NOT represent Liberty for ALL. Unless you happen to be Religious. Therefore, based on the "Rights defined in our constitution", IMO the words should be eliminated. But like I said, since the "Moral Majority" in this country is OK with it, fine with me.

Thanks,
