Tim, thanks for the comments. Hey, stay with your plan. While it works, stay with it. You are on a roll. Just be ready to adapt accordingly. Like a willow tree in the wind..... bend as needed. Things change, as you know. I have not written on risk in a long time on here. Not sure you were around much when I did write on it a couple of years ago. I believe that significant investment achievements are often based on the amount of risk one is willing to take. That's one reason I am so adamant about being debt free. That allows an individual to assume greater risk, and hopefully then greater returns. It's a function of risk. RR
