It is unfortunate that the panel did not retain Mark Haines or David Faber to handle the Grubman interrogation. Either one of them could have made mincemeat out of him. For example, Grubman's claim that he could only rely on the public filings to evaluate the company could have led to a very interesting line of questioning.

Ted David is married with children, and he seems to be gay in my opinion, but in the old fashioned meaning of the word before it was kidnapped by the male homosexuals.... <g> I am gay in that way also.
