it's passed out or is offset by the obligation. the money was never theirs in the first place. the issue is clarity as much as clarity is the issue on round trip trades by energy firms... quite a number of non real revenue billions sure made those traders look like they were doing a very fat business..... i.e. like the dot comm days, it ain't da revs... its what they might mean "going forward." what do you do with sales taxes collected on behalf of cities, states etc? do they get chucked into the gross sales of goods by stores and the like?
