George you can fabricate whatever you wish. I am not stupid enough to believe that you can appropriate 100 billion in spending and use it all up within a few months. It will be all spent soon but the spending process is still underway. Like I said before I used a poor choice of words "spent" vs "being spent". But I applaud your holy righteous self for not allowing me to correct the minor error. Meanwhile we see another dastardly day on the home front. God Bless America and make it free again!
