From Tiny Acorns.....

Giant Oak Trees will grow...eventually....maybe....but not necessarily in our life time.

Still, I guess progress, no matter how painfully slow....must still be called progress!

Should we crack open a nice cold Molson?

LOR

P.S.- The GOOD NEWS must be that $450,000 out of a $250,000,000 annual market would suggest that there is STILL plenty of room for growth....assuming of course that the dreamer who sized the market wasn't smoking anything stronger then tobacco when he dreamt that one up!

BPI Industries Inc - July filling:

snip...

The Company’s 10.99% interest in Pyng technologies required that the company fund its pro rata
share of the operating costs annually. The cash call for 2001 was $99,832. Management has
determined the those resources would be better applied to the Companies Illinois Basin Methane
Project and has therefore chosen to try and negotiate a sale of its position in Pyng to its partner in
the project. In the event an agreement cannot be reached, the Operating Agreement negotiated by
previous Company Management has provision for BPI’s interest to be diluted down on an annual
basis if BPI does not fund its share of the proportional annual operating costs. BPI will not make
any payment and will accept the dilution for fiscal 2001.
Management will annually review Pyng’s operations and BPI’s position from this point forward.
