ret, any time you dry something, you increase its calorie density. I don't really know about the dried soybeans, but they would probably have less calories than Cheetos or pork rinds. Soybeans are loaded with protein and that would make Dr. Atkins happy. The negative is that soy beans have been connected to lower testosterone in men, though they are very good for women in menopause. They are also somewhat famous for their flatulence causing abilities. If you notice, most of the bodybuilders no longer eat soy based protein powders. They have switched to whey, milk or egg based powders.
