I am anticipating that in the government's attempt to save the boomer's retirement and trigger inflation, they will succeed in at least the latter, and thus create opportunities for real and phantom gain. We must take what we are given, plus what we can get.

We, collectively, are merely anticipating a mild crisis, not of the calibre of 1929, because valuations remain very high, by all historical, traditional, and conservative measures. There remains a puzzling lack of fear.

Fear is a survival trait. The lack of it is not healthy.
