he was like that during the campaign. The only time I've seen him appear intelligent was the post 9/11 speech. Other than that, he has met my expectations.

tomorrow he will appear on tv and tell us all that the dirty ceo's will be punished and new accounting laws should be passed. perhaps like hoover he will tell us how the economy is still strong right before the great collapse......lets see if his croonies push the market up when he talks ....we are all doomed
