You don't have a clear concept of the racket that was played with shares in the past decade. The winner's attitude was: "How many shares can I transform into cash?"
And not "How many am I left holding?"

Shares are illusions. They only become valuable when they are sold to a bigger fool.

You should focus on what Crowe made off his sales of his shares, which was a fortune; and not on the illusory shareholdings of today.
