I share your dream, but we have an incredible number of stupid(sorry for the bluntness) in this county and around the world. Terminals will never be in every home until they are idiot proof. Telephones were idiot proof but are getting so complicated even relatively smart people can't use their capabilities... Other cases in point, the security systems on cars and kitchen appliances. I work as a poll watcher on election days and never cease to be amazed at the incredible ignorance of a large percentage of the voting public. I believe I read that an estimated 30% of our population is functionally illiterate.
