Historically speaking if we can get Consumer Confidence reading of below 60 we are at or quite close to market bottom(in 74 it broke below 50).
In terms of CC numbers we have not even come close to a CC number that would reveal a market bottom. The last time we broke to levels below 60 were 1973-1974, 1982 and 1990-1991.
