I must be crazy invoking both Buffett and Benjamin Graham in a discussion about mining stocks ! But here goes anyway !

In that fantastically good book "The Intelligent Investor", BG rails against warrants but then goes on to point out that one must include the market valuation of the warrants in the calculation of the total market value of the company. It strikes me that this implies that any over-value assigned to the warrants will be reflected in under-valuation of the common stock.
