Well, like Ray's response, this one is daft too. First, I'd understood it to have been filed 8 months late(less that your "more than 2 full quarters", not that it matters). And second, the rest of your sentence seems un-intelligible to me, particularly given that we've long known exactly when he sold(the late Form 4 would have said exactly when), and so there was nothing to obfuscate by filing late, as I think I understand you...the date remains the same in relation to subsequent negative developments, no matter when he might have filed. Answer this...by what date did he have to file to remain legal? I'm curious and can't remember- I've seen this stuff before. Dan B
