No, it is not floorless but if LVLT offers stock to other investors for less then the conversion price then that becomes the new conversion price, I think. Wasn't it Buffett that said shorting should be banned? When did Buffett ever short a stock? Any Buffett groupies out there.

Not only that, but remember Buffet was attributed to have taken down several 10s of millions in firesale debt at 50-60% discount to par if memory serves, as was deliciously savoured by LVLT thread groupies just a few months back... Tickles me that every transaction, such as this jr debt take down by Buffet is always analyzed as a stand alone instead of being taking into account and incorporated with other "LVLT Buffet transactions that have been attributed to Buffet. No one ever talks about the total debt for shares exchange that occurs and the resulting dilution... Buffet's individual transactions in a sector he abhors--and public eschews--does indeed look funny. So does this if one mistakenly assumes it is a stand-alone LVLT/Buffet tranny. OH...and there isn't 4 years left of cash...just 3 some years and that is not "cash" per se as much as it is a respite on existing now diluted futher shareholders from Crowe's inane drip. Anyone think Buffet, Crowe and buddy Walter whatzisname is too powerful to appear before Congress? ...it would be funny to hear Buffet take the 5th so publically just keep remembering what the dude said yesterday...WCOME and LVLT are inextricably linked... Uncle Buffet...a circling vulture...yes, that spectre is "funny" too...
