Lets see here...............the accounting industry is the one that needs new and increased regulation...........NOT the broker pimps who actually as much as stole from and defrauded their direct paying clients?

If it is still against the law to steal, lie, and defraud we need nothing more. What we need is SWIFT enforcement, judgment, and punishment. If ten or twenty of these cheesy bastards lost their fortunes, and their freedom it might have a beneficial effect on those remaining. regards
