Company Receives Top Marks after Annual ISO 9002 Inspection

BEIJING, July 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Jupiter Enterprises, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: JPEN - News) MingHe-Han S&T Co., Ltd. announced today that it has a signed contract to acquire 100% of Anjiahua Steel Structure Co. Ltd., ("ASSCL") located 42 kilometers outside of Beijing. The acquisition will more than double MingHe's projected annual production capacity. The increased capacity allows MingHe to bid on Beijing International Airport Expansion projects as well as complete current construction projects like the recently announced 44,000 square meter Beijing Southeast Cargo Hub.

Anjiahua Steel Structure Co. Ltd. currently employs a staff of 328 workers, including 26 engineers. As part of the acquisition, MingHe will be obtaining an all-inclusive manufacturing facility complete with two production lines, consisting of Linken plasma welding machines, cutting and polishing apparatus, automatic paint spraying units, electric perforators, among other equipment.

Michael A.J. In additional Company news, Jupiter Enterprises is pleased to announce that MingHe has passed stringent inspection criteria by the Beijing 9000 Certification Center during its annual inspection and continues to keep its ISO9002 certification. MingHe was one of the first specialized industries to receive this certification in China. The certification gives MingHe a competitive advantage in the global marketplace. The ISO 9000 Standards are produced by an international consensus with the aim of creating global standards of product and service quality.
