SF has courted the homeless and hopeless with their liberal social policies, but never bothered to consider the consequences of having tens of thousands of disease infected derelicts defecating in back alleys.

It's ok for the homeless (but not the tax paying public), because their moron DA Terence Halinan won't prosecute anyway. He thinks a dog attack is murder, and does not prosecute for robbing a store while you are high on heroin. Would have been funny (since I don't live there) if the law would have passed. The voters in SF deserve it.
