Watch the Dow too. Warning for me that it has not turned is going down at all from here. The only count there that makes sense to me for up says it should want to run hard.

This is one of those great inflection points where a tight stop can really work -- work in the sense of not getting one whipsawed. The fork in the road is pretty clear here: if the bullish count is in control, a stop will hardly be threatened at this level. If it gets hit, chances are excellent we'll head to a decent new low on the day rather than just be a whipsaw.
