I'm much more interested in what progress has been made in the dozens of class action lawsuits that have been filed over the past few years "on my behalf" by so-called plaintiffs' lawyers. I haven't received a single notice of progress, or a single penny. Yet, I had invested in many stocks that have been the subject of class action lawsuits. Little doubt the lawyers are soaking up the settlements, if any. Anyone have facts to challenge that?
