The best distress assets Level 3 can buy, are its own.

If Level 3 replaces it's expiring leased equipment with new purchases, fully paid for. This company can then push forward against the restructure BK telecoms whom have all shot their credit and do not own the networking equipment.

A successful LVLT is a company whose stock is worth $10 in the year 2010. Get rid of the OSO program, issue perfer stocks on the open market, and issue more convertable debt and Level 3 will succeed.

By the way, firing Jim Crowe and all Board of Director members with the conflicting interest of being/or was employed by Kiewit will only help. One by one these people should have the decency to resign. I think the world heard enough lies and witness enough fraud in the past three years.
