For anyone interested, you may contact me via PM regarding TC Ventures LLC and the potential to invest in it. I have a 15% transferable interest in it already. Regarding this interest and its relationships which have been referred to in public forums by “members” and/or posters on Silicon Investor already, with regards to recent litigation which involved TC Ventures LLC, As means of disclosure; the Superior Court of California determined (in part) the following: “In addition, because of the activities of TC Ventures’ agent and managing member Matthew Tyson, any claim of TC Ventures pursued at trial against any cross-defendant, with two exceptions, is barred by the affirmative defense of unclean hands.” Keeping in mind that entire litigation was complex with the full Statement of Decision being 12 pages long.
