Bull.

Harken is a good company with good management and has never been cited for wrongdoing by anyone with facts. They didn't hide a dime.

If there was a case why were thre no prosecutions? This was an honest dfisagreement over accounting and the company restated results to accomdate the SEC concerns.

No one was prosecuted. No evidence of insider trading was adduced. Directors are allowed to rely on the advice of the professionals they engage to adivse them on complext tax, accounting and other such matters.

Its a dead letter. Only petty, partisan, demolib pinheads see a problem here.
