Is this not another example of Corporate Greed which ultimately screws shareholders? Anything we can do?

Got out of IATV at the beginning of the year taking my lumps around $1.40 to $1.50. At the time I thought this was awful. On May 1st of this year I left my last post on this thread. At the time I guessed that IATV would end up around 50 to 75 cents.

We have reached that level and the OPTV buyout will go ahead. Tech market valuations are now set by raging bears and we are into that part of the bear cycle where all valuations are set by excessive pessimism. Most investors now believe that all news is bad news and all technologies will fail.

We all understand that digital television has had a large number of obstacles placed in its way BUT the alternative to digital can be bought in your local electronics store for around $2,000. It is a big box with a big screen that gives you a picture with blurred edges. If you understand this fact you will realise that digital TV will happen (with its clean picture) it is still a little way off. The key is the price of screens to display the image. Watch the price of flat screens come down and digital will take off.

OPTV will scream.
