Frankly I am freightened, and I am short stocks and long GOLD/silver(not enough). Action like this signals to me something big is going down. The frigin HUI was up 10. I cant imagine what the average guy on the street feels like.

Or it says everyone was waiting for the gaps to fill before pulling the trigger. It's a pretty obvious thing to wait for, and it would prevent most people with half a brain from buying until the gap is filled after bounce with no momentum - all this while at the same time re-testing last week's lows.
