Perhaps it's the blandness that's responsible. It's easy to say confidence should return to the markets, but he's spent so much time telling us how bad things are, and done so little constructive about it, that dashing hopes yet again that he might propose something significant may have pushed the market over the edge. If he had at least announced Pitt was out, we might have had a rally. JMHO. Charles Tutt (SM)
