LOL. That comment goes well with my nominee for quote of the day, which James Grant wrote in today's WSJ:

"Markets make opinions," as the adage reminds us. Accordingly, with the U.S. equities markets well into their third losing year, opinions have turned bearish. It has come to light that, in the long boom, in certain cases, executives were overpaid, analysts were faithless and financial statements were fraudulent. What has not yet achieved the same level of public awareness is that valuations were absurd.
