Polls aren't worth the paper they're printed on, IMHO.

I didn't hear that argument advanced by you or any other demolibs when the polls showed a majority of US citizens wanted the House and Senate to let President Bubba Scumbag finish his term despite overwhelming evidence of his abuse of office.....

The political polls quote a margin of error, but frequently omit the confidence level, which is usually 95%. It is possible, but infrequent, to have two statistically valid polls differ by a spread greater than the sum of the margins of error.
