I'm of the belief that only good companies make good investments for ltb&h practitioners. No argument there, but as we have seen recently, (or are in the process of seeing over a longer time frame), not all good companies make good long term investments. A good company has a much better chance of being a good long term investment if it purchased at "reasonable" price. Of course we can argue what is "reasonably priced" until we are blue in the face, but I think such discussions are useful nevertheless.
