Concerning Poppie and his stock deal with Global Crossing, I have a friend that is the co-founder of a billion dollar corporation and recently he got Poppy to speak at one of their key executive conference. Poppy charged them $50,000 for his little speech and then had the audicity to tell him that he would only allow so many attendees to have their picture taken with him....and were the attendees PO with his sub. That was one room of POed doctors...oh! Did I mention that my friend's company is in the health care business. $50,000 dollars for a speech and why Poppie! Could someone give me a clue?
