I agree with you on just about everything you said...except that I also think that jail time is needed along with forfeiture of assets related to crooked dealings. They should at least be made to sit in jail a few months without tennis or day passes...we could also charge them for their stay. We cannot let things go unpunished because we don't have room for them. If we do, then we may as well not even talk about it, stick our heads in the sand and hope that it all goes away before our parents retirement accounts dwindle to nothing.
