moneymadetrader,

So, what is your argument here?

That Elgindy is only a little criminal compared to Lay, Tyco and Martha Stewart; and should not be prosecuted?

Since when did the law ever work like that?

I believe Lay and other execs of Enron will go to prison. Ditto on Tyco. I believe the SEC will force Martha Stewart to give up her ill-gotten Imclone gains. I doubt Stewart will go to jail, but her 'good' name and her company (and unfortunately her shareholders) will get a harsh kick in the derriere. For a stupid mistake, Stewart will lose a lifetime of good-will which may even destroy the company she founded.

They will most certainly get theirs, and if Elgindy is found guilty, he will get his.

FWIW, I also doubt the government's allegation that Elgindy knew about 9/11 beforehand. It sounds unlikely in the extreme that the terorists, having gone to such elaborate secrecy and planning, would've called Elgindy at the last moment just so he could sell-off a relatively small quantity of stock.

<<And yes Tony would be a turncoat faster than you can say F-Osama if he had something to say. Everyone knows it...look at this guy's past. I don't deny that...The only person Tony cares about is Tony. Look what went down with his own Mom a few years ago over $30k she went to court sued him over the mismanagement of her retirement funds. (and she won). You don't think any associate of his knows this...>>

I think most of them knew this, they also had a very good idea who the real Tony was. Now come the interesting question to you or whoever want to take a stab at it.

1) Why do you want to associate with a man like Tony? Why would you pay $600 a month to enrich a man who seems to have very little respect for the law and for another human being?

2) Is he some kind of a model person you would like to be someday? (base on the language and the conduct displayed here from a few of his disciples, I think many of them worshiping him and want to be just like him if they can help it. It is truly sad to see people set their standard so low, but I guess that's what make this world goes 'round). How many would like to be just like Tony from the character point of view?

3) Money is important, but is it worth it to sell yourself short and take the abuse from Tony, knowing that you are paying him $600 a month to make him rich, yet if you make a mistake, screw up, or say something wrong, he would not hesitate to abuse you, step on you, and show you the door in an humiliating way to make himself looks good or important?

4) Let just say somehow his lawyer performs a miracle and he comes back in one piece with a small slap on the wrist, will you rejoint his website and pretend as if he is a reborn saint again and pay him $600 a month?

5) How many think he will come back a little more prudent, but will still be the same loud, obnoxious, abusive, intimidating, and self-center; the same Tony we know? On the opposite, how many think this time, he will truly be reformed and become a model citizen?

6) How many think shorting can be effective and productive without the need of gang attacks or bombarding a thread with name callings and vulgar language?

Just a few questions as food for thought, feel free to add more, ignore, or reply as you see fitted. Civil is all I am asking in return.
