Joseph Duarte, financial author and Dallas fund manager, says, "A historical buying opportunity will come, even if it is at penny stock prices for some of the former darlings. At this point, it's a good idea to see whose business models are likely to work for the next five years, and who has enough cash or cash flow to last through this very nasty period that is about to start. There is a nagging feeling in the air that margin-call selling and index-fund redemptions have just begun."

techie,

The IHUB bulls may all be right, but some of the newbies over there are getting lathered up about "evil short sellers". It only took 36 hours for a significant downside to IHUB (no "ignore" feature) to show itself.

My sympathy here, Soft. I was stopped out by a loss of 15c. Talk about being stiggy with the bull as I was not available in the afternoon to watch the basket of eggs (gg). I think W really is boxed in because GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE is NO GOOD for this still hardly to believe bloated market with walking dead copanies with hefty valuation!!!! They cannot mistreport earnings anymore!! So the reality of soft economy will show and soon!! So the bulls has only the PPT on the side!! Well, I might as well stay the hell out of the way as I am not counting on ,y nimbleness ever. Well, good luck and good job to carry this thread on!!

Best wishes,

gf

>>>how the hell they sucked a bear like me into going along<<<
AW!! MAN!!! Soft!! You gotta be true to yourself. I am so disappointed that you are not short! I feel quite alone actually. Everyone at IHUB seems to be crazy long, or longer.
Quit this "gap filled" "wiggle" stuff.
With healthcare sector and housing starting to crumble, what in the world is going to rally this market? SAN SUCKERs? HEHHEHEHEHEHE
I thought that NAZ last 15 minutes was one of the greatest paint jobs ever.
Anyway, good luck tomorrow.

""I went long on QQQ at $24.60's to $24.90's late afternoon...how the hell they sucked a bear like me into going along...LOL!""

Soft:

Been on the road (research) for just over a week so haven't been checking in.

What the heck has been going on? Zeev left? Reasons? Background? Update would be appreciated.

best, Earlie
