Hi, Joe -

It looks like you were right: we appear to have seen the end of Acqua.

We have also seen the appearance of RC, doing some moderate buying. Can't say that RC has the intent to put a floor on the price, but their buys have had that effect.

Those of us who have been watching RC (and other houses) recognize the possibility of a familiar pattern: the house buys shares cheaply, with the intention of later issuing a "buy": they sell into demand they help to create.

WRT the SH rumors of RC and DMX, does this "prove" anything? No. The best we can say is that it is consistent with the rumors.

As soon as, and "if" RC stops buying, there is no longer consistency with the rumors.

But then there's the HC rumor. This takes us back to Wolf's posts, many moons ago, that DMX at $5 or $6, with approval, is a better buy for institutions than DMX at $4, without approval. As he said, (paraphrasing) they don't need the risk.

If one accepts the logic of that statement (and I do; I find it confirmed by the trading, which seems to be mostly retail, with the exception of RC and a few small others) - then RC seems to be anticipating an approval. Following Wolf's reasoning, RC won't "come out of the woodwork" with a "buy" until an approval gives them reason to do so.

Well, these are signs: of what, we can't be sure.

Facts: Acqua's gone, and RC is buying. DMX has been hiring (possibly, a new Jr. Controller), new Corporate Communications Director. There's a new member on the BoD, with expertise in investment services. Meanwhile, the clock has been ticking, and we get closer to HC and FDA approvals.

Those are the facts. And beauty is in the eye of the beholder...

Regards,

Jim
