As a result of world events, the Company continues to experience strong demand for its security and investigative financial services. Kroll continues to expect year-over-year increases in revenue and earnings in each of the next two quarters of 2002. The Company expects the second quarter and third quarter to be stronger than the first quarter. For the full-year 2002, Kroll is maintaining its revenue growth targets of 13 to 18 percent over 2001 revenue of $207.9 million. The Company is targeting operating income as a percentage of sales to be in the range of 9 to 10 percent. Kroll is projecting to be cash flow positive for the full-year 2002. The performance targets for 2002 do not include the proposed acquisition of Ontrack or any other potential acquisitions.
